I started this blog, really, out of frustration. I was frustrated because I couldn’t answer the question, “Can We Really Have It All?” And by “All” I’m talking about success in finance, love, friendships, career and overall happiness.
I really didn’t believe that it’s all possible. But there’s still that little part of me that says, “Keep trying and keep going!” This blog is about trying to hold on to that piece of me and celebrating my struggles and acknowledging my successes. I encourage anyone one reading this blog to comment and discuss anything they feel relates. I also encourage naysayers, dissenters and all debate.
This blog will pretty much run the gamut but will mostly revolve around, self improvement, personal finance, general adulting knowledge and career growth. No topic is too taboo but let’s keep away from NSFW, I want you guys to be able to read this at work.
A little bit about me:
I’m 29, I live in NJ, east coast born and raised. I work a 40-45 hour work week and commute 1.5 hours each way. I have a corporate job I kinda sorta like and also hate. I’m married with a toddler child, been married 5 years to my college sweetheart. Husband is pretty awesome and also my rock. I’m college educated and have a bachelors degree. In my free time, I take care of my family, fix my apartment and now work on this blog.
Hope you enjoy!
